Welcome to Care Assess

Care Assess supports care home managers and staff in completing rigorous self- evaluation across all aspects of the care home. Self evaluation allows you to identify what you do well and areas you can improve in. The results from the process can support you during inspections from the Care Commission.

Underpinned by the Department for Health National Minimum Standards, it allows you to evaluate against each of the standards and outcomes and also to record evidence you have to support your response.

Detailed results are provided on your evaluation in both numerical and graphical forms.

Once you have completed your evaluation, you can automatically create an Improvement Plan for areas of development. Each item within the plan can then be allocated, progressed and monitored.

Statutory Requirements, identified in your Care Home inspection report, can also be included within the improvement plan.
